# Data Transfer Process
You can create a new Data Transfer Process or view/edit/delete an existing one. These operations are performed by the repository manager.

View/Edit/Delete icons
View: click on the view icon to see an overview of a specific DTP.
The details of a data transfer are collected in four sections:
* Overview
* Linked Objects and People
* Controlled Access Details
where all the information related to the Data Transfer Process (DTP) of a given clinical trial are recorded.
From this page you can also access the list of all the [studies](https://crr.gitbook.io/crdsr/user-guide/studies), [objects](https://crr.gitbook.io/crdsr/user-guide/data-objects) and [persons](https://crr.gitbook.io/crdsr/user-guide/people) associated with the DTP, the access status for all the linked objects, and the documents relative to access (ethics approval, protocols, etc).
A submitter can only see the DTP associated with her/his organisation.

A submitter will use the *Linked Objects and People* tab to eventually uplaod her/his data objects to the secure environment.
